Food is medicine. And why not take advantage of all the deliciousness Fall has to offer right now? 

Here are a few amazing recipes that I'm feeling inspired by these days:

This one will open the lungs and give the Large Intestine a boost.

Pumpkin and Pork — take that, Starbucks!

Immune-boosting respite from chicken soup.

Just yum — good for the gut and brain and energy.

And my favorite, beef. Grass-fed, please!

And, for drinking, Pu-Ehr Tea is just right for a caffeinated boost of energy and for helping the body regulate cholesterol levels.
